Hellloooooo I am Katherine; a Life and Wellbeing Coach, NLP Practitioner, Menopause Facilitator and Menstruality Mentor. I coach women, workplaces and young people to understand their bodies, transform their wellbeing and thrive across the menstrual lifespan.

After a 17-year diagnosis delay, I now live with endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD, adenomyosis and fibroids. My work blends professional training with lived experience so you receive support that is compassionate, practical and grounded in real life.

MY LIVED EXPERIENCE

I thought period pain was just part of being a woman.
I thought heavy bleeding was normal.
I thought I just wasn’t coping well enough.

It took seventeen years to get my endometriosis diagnosis and it became the start of a much bigger journey. Since then, I’ve also been diagnosed with PCOS, adenomyosis, fibroids and PMDD.

My work exists because I never want anyone else to feel lost, dismissed or unsupported.

I help women understand their bodies, advocate for themselves and create routines, careers and lifestyles that work with their cycle; not in spite of it.
